Pulper - D Type

Pulper are designed and are proven in a variety of applications and on a wide range of furnishes. The D type Pulper is innovative, and a version that features the “D-style” tub for improved bale submersion and rotor designed for better debris handling.

Operation -

Through conveyors, the waste paper is conveyed into the D type Pulper, the main equipment of the low consistency continuous pulping system. The design of the vat body shortens the stock recirculation routes and fastens the contact between the rotor and the stock, thereby reducing pulping time and energy consumption; Raised rotors prevent rope catching, reduce friction between rotor and impurities, increase rotor and screen plate lifetime, reduce impurities cutting.

Advantages -

  • Energy-saving rotor boosts hydraulic recirculation and pulping efficiency, reducing power consumption.
  • The D-type vat structure reduces pulping time, changes stock flow, fastens rotor-stock contacts, and increases capacity.
  • As a result of continuous pulping, impurities are removed in a timely manner, which reduces the chance of impurities being finely broken by the continuous pulping process.
  • The pulping system is more efficient and less power-consuming due to the reduced frequency of stopping the machine to clean impurities.
  • The robust bearing assembly consists of four bearings that ensure long-term performance.
