This stainless steel SS304 cladded fabricated "K" frame is suitable for supporting Bristol Formers, Cylinder Mould Bearing Housings, End Enclosures, and Couch Roll Arms.
Former Pivot Box -
The pivot box is designed to be mounted from the vertical face of the 'K' frames. Stainless steel brackets and pneumatic airbags are provided to raise and load the pressure former assembly.
Couch Suction Slice Unit -
Fabricated stainless steel SS 304 tube terminating at the rear side outlet complete with adjustable mountings. Equipment to be mounted from couch roll bearing housing. suit.
Saveall System -
A stainless steel VAT machine trough with deflectors, an integral weir, and flanged outlets. It includes access doors for maintenance and enclosures for mold removal. The top connects to a low vacuum system. Adjustable deflectors and seals control airflow.
