Detrashing System
Hydrapulper are designed and are proven in a variety of applications and on a wide range of furnishes. The D type Pulper is innovative, and a version that features the “D-style” tub for improved bale submersion and rotor designed for better debris handling.
Ragger & Rope Cutter -
Impurities such as iron wire, plastic, clothes, ropes, etc., which are twisty in nature enter the D-type hydraulic Pulper along with waste paper. A twisted rope is continuously or timely formed. It is then pulled out continuously or timely by an automatically controlled ragger and cut by rope cutter operated by two hydraulic cylinders.
Trashwell -
When the pulping process is undertaken, the stock which comprises about 20% to 25% of the total pulp volume entrains together with a large amount of impurities and some heavy contaminants into the trash well through the discharge outlet on the vat body of the Pulper, Heavy contaminants settle at the bottom of the trash well and are regularly retrieved into the Washing Well by the grapple to recover fibers, then the grapple is used to recover the cleaned heavy rejects out of the system.
Detrasher / Poire -
Defibering the pulp with light impurities takes place in the detrasher. The accept stock passes through the screening plate and joins with Accept from the D type Pulper. The remained impurities in the Detrasher enter into Drum Screens after being washed with white water, the recovered stock goes to the Pulper, the separated impurities are sent to the reject handling system.
Trommel Screen / Drum Screen -
Aspire Trommel / Drum Screens feature a simple, effective design that maximizes reject residence time - increasing fiber gain and water recovery - whether in batch or continuous operation. Aspire Drum Screen efficiently removes coarse debris from rejects and maximizes water recovery. A maintenance-free interior screw reduces contamination breakdown for maximum efficiency. Depending on the production rates and stock quality of the product, the drums can be fitted with a variety of screen perforation options to meet a number of requirements.
- Construction of high quality
- Enhanced performance
- Low maintenance
- Cost effective
- It is suitable for use either as an individual unit or as part of a detrashing system
- Excellent for both batch and continuous operation
Grapple -
Grapple is a mechanical device typically used to grab, lift, and move heavy or bulky loose materials. Grapples come in various designs and configurations to suit different applications. However, they generally consist of jaws or tines that can be opened and closed to grip objects securely. A Grapple is also used to remove plastics and other heavy contaminants from the Pulper. The grapple reduces the amount of time that the Pulper is down for cleaning.
